Founding Solo: $9/month for your first yearSee the difference
A list of contacts is a starting point. A useful report explains the potential value, what is still unknown, and the next action.
Robert Hayes discussed a possible Indiana warehouse requirement. Follow up to qualify it.
Illustrative paraphrase of the fictional Summit notes.
Six fictional contacts, six distinct follow-ups. An illustrative view, not an exact export screenshot.
Scroll the table sideways to see each next action.

These existing PDFs, Word reports, and two-tab workbooks demonstrate the Summit and Aureus examples. They predate the new five-sheet workbook and leadership-support sections. They are not customer results.
One set of notes. Two useful files.
Choose a concise leadership report or a detailed intelligence report. Both the Word document and Excel workbook use the same reviewed snapshot.
Executive BLUF, daily summaries, meeting outcomes, opportunities, decisions and support needed, and qualification gaps.
Contacts, Meeting Notes, Opportunities, Follow-Up Tracker, and Research Sources. Keep original notes and evidence alongside the next steps.
Reporting workflow
You do not need to wait for your next conference. Bring a few contacts and notes from a recent visit.
Try it with your last tripNo payment card or Google Drive connection needed to start.
Set up your company profile: products, capabilities, target customers, and markets. This gives the analysis its business context.
Choose an expo or engagement, then enter contacts and paste your meeting notes. Business-card photos are optional.
Choose dates, report style, and whether to include public research. Review flagged issues, then download Word, Excel, or both.
Capture during the trip. Generate when ready. Review before sharing.

A company profile, a trip, and some contact or meeting notes. Start with a recent trip; you do not need polished notes, a CRM integration, or a Google Drive connection. TripDeck runs in your browser on a phone, tablet, or computer.
TripDeck extracts readable card details when you generate a report, not when you upload the photo. Uploading a photo does not immediately create a contact. Review the extracted details in the report and workbook before use. You can enter contacts manually instead.
You can include or exclude public-source research when generating. TripDeck separates preliminary fit based on your meeting notes from research-backed numeric scores. When company identity or supporting evidence is insufficient, it explains the uncertainty and withholds the numeric score. User notes, public findings, and analysis remain distinct. Follow the sources and verify important claims before sharing.
No. TripDeck prepares the report and follow-up register. You decide what to pursue, what to send, and what to put in your CRM. There is no automatic CRM sync, automatic outreach, or independently confirmed sale merely because someone expressed interest.
TripDeck stores account information, company profiles, contacts, trip notes, and file metadata on its server. Report generation uses third-party AI services. Google Drive or on-device mode controls file delivery and photo storage, not all application data. Keep copies of on-device photos; clearing browser storage can remove them. See the Privacy Policy.
Do not enter classified information, CUI, ITAR-controlled technical data, or third-party proprietary information. Check your organization’s rules before use. The current product is not a regulated-data environment. See regulated-deployment inquiries.
Use the trial to judge the value with one of your own trips. If a manual template is a better fit, our free Word trip-report template is available without an account. A subscription is not the right choice for every workflow.
Not at account signup. Your 14-day trial starts when you create your account. A card is required only if you choose a paid subscription through Stripe. Signing up alone does not authorize a charge; review checkout dates before subscribing.
Less paperwork. More business.
Start with a few conversations. Review what matters, what is missing, and what happens next.

The regulated tier is a future product, not available today. This inquiry does not authorize controlled-data use. No certification or launch date is promised here; previously agreed benefits remain unchanged.
